The Magic of Lawrence
& Priscilla values its relationship with qualified
magic dealers at our convention. Our goal is to provide
a selection of quality dealers as an attraction to
our convention participants, recognizing that there
is a limit to the number of dealers exhibiting at
the convention. The following rules shall apply to
dealers applying for booth space.
1. All dealers must be properly registered for the
convention.
2. Two dealers may not share a booth space. If this
occurs, the dealers involved may be asked to leave
the convention floor. If the dealer’s room is
a complete sellout, sharing of space may be allowed
at the discretion of the Organizer.
3. No individual dealer may purchase a block of more
than two adjacent single booths.
4. Dealers must adhere to the operating hours of the
dealer's room, and keep the dealer’s room closed
when lectures are going on.
5. Dealing outside the dealers’ room is strictly
prohibited. Anyone found doing so will be subject
to disciplinary actions by the Organizers.
6. There will be no display of pornographic material
and no demonstrations of fire or explosive devices
during the convention.
7. Dealers are to ensure that their booths are well
kept and tidy. Littering of the dealer aisles with
paper or other debris is strictly prohibited.
8. Dealers using video or audio playback apparatus
or microphones shall not have the volume so high as
to interfere with the dealers around them.
9. Dealers are advised to set a two tier price point
in both Singapore Dollars and US Dollars.
10. The Organizers shall not be held responsible for
any injuries to anyone or any damages caused by any
dealer or their staff during the course of the convention.
11. The Organizers will not be held responsible for
any loss of goods during the periods of operation.
A separate Indemnity Agreement will have to be signed
by individual dealers prior to the commencement of
operations. |
